VIC KEELER, Co-Owner
Vic grew up on a large Kansas farm where he had to learn to fix every piece of machinery the family owned. Soon after he graduated from high school he married his childhood sweetheart, Earlene and joined the Air Force. In the service he was a mechanic – known for his skill in hydraulics and troubleshooting. They lived for a time in Riverside, California and shortly after completing his term of service he and Earlene and young son Michael moved to Hawaii and opened a repair shop where Vic specialized in carburation and electrical repairs. In 1973, the family moved to Lake Oswego where they opened a new shop- Vic’s Auto Center – again specializing in carburation and electrical repairs. Today as Vic eases into retirement he has relinquished daily operations to Michael but he continues to work on classic car projects in his adjacent shop – Motocars by Vic.
MIKE KEELER, Co- Owner
